Ingredients:

  • 2 skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 tbs red curry paste
  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream

Mix together coconut cream and red curry paste. Place salmon fillets in a small baking tray and cover with marinade. Place in fridge for up to 30 minutes. Cook in medium oven for approximately 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked how you like it.
