Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 scoop Kate’s Better Protein powder
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup goji berries
  • ¼ cup white mulberries
  • 2 tbs creamed coconut
  • 1 tbs rice malt syrup
  • 2 tbs coconut oil.

Place all the ingredients together in blender and blend until a crumbly paste consistency. Roll into balls and refrigerate.

White mulberries are available from health food stores but you could replace them with more goji berries if necessary.
