Chilli Cheese Cod
Blend together 100gms of low fat cream cheese and natural bioyoghurt with 4-6 sundried tomatoes and chopped chilli to form a paste.
Cover cod fillets with the paste and then dip into fresh wholegrain bread crumbs.
Bake in a medium oven.
This is also delicious with crushed salted macadamia nuts in place of the bread crumbs.
