Coconut Bircher Muesli

Ingredients:
2/3 cup of natural yoghurt
1 scoop Better Protein
1 handful of coconut flakes
1 handful of berries

Stir together yoghurt and Better Protein until well blended. Stir through coconut flakes and berries. Place in fridge overnight. Top with coconut crunch if desired

 

Optional: add one, some or all of the following: 1 tsp maca powder, 1 tsp raw cacao, 1 tsp acai powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 2 tsp chia seeds
