Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Better Protein OR 2 raw eggs
  • 2 dessertspoons of chia seed gel
  • 1 small handful of berries – fresh or frozen
  • 1 small handful of greens eg parsley, baby spinach, cucumber, kale
  • 75ml of coconut milk
  • 200ml of water

Blend together and drink immediately
