- 500gm beef mince
- 500gm pork mince
- 1 red chilli
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 3-4 spring onions
- Smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Toppings: fried egg, grilled mushrooms, fresh beetroot
Finely chop chilli and parsley, and slice spring onions. In a large bowl, mix together with meat mince. Add 2 pinches of smoked paprika and season with salt and pepper.
Divide into six equal parts and then shape into burger patties. Place in fridge for 10 minutes before cooking. BBQ or panfry in a little oil.
Serve with mixed salad and your favourite topping.
