Sesame crusted salmon
- 2 skinless salmon fillets
- 1 cup of sesame seeds
- Coconut oil
Place sesame seeds on flat plate then dip each salmon fillet until coated on all 4 sides. Heat pan until medium hot, add coconut oil and cook salmon for one minute on each 4 sides. The salmon will still be rare so cook for longer at a slightly lower temperature if preferred. Take care not to let the pan get too hot and burn the sesame seeds.
