- 1 large zucchini
- 2 tbs tahini *
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Smoked paprika and sesame seeds as garnish
Place ingredients in food processer and blend well. Garnish and serve.
* I prefer the taste of black tahini but it does make the hoummus grey. Using normal tahini will give you a lovely green hoummus.
